I am applying for secured card from DCU but need to know whether they report to credit bureau and how many of them do they report to?

You will have to ask DCU, because not everybody reports items to credit bureaus

anytime you apply for credit you will always have a credit check. even though it is secured they still look at your credit. it allows them to know that you are who you are. identity theft.
